ASCMV ‐ Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley
Offers low‐cost spay/neuter surgeries at the animal shelter to all Dona Ana County residents; vaccinations can be given at the time of surgery. Also offers low‐cost microchipping ID services.
Spay/neuter costs:
$35 per dog / $25 per cat
Microchipping cost: $20 per animal

Spay reinbursement program from HSSNM
If you have your female cat or dog spayed at the ASCMV, you can submit your receipt and proof of ownership (rabies certificate or microchip registration) to HSSNM for reinbursement of the spay costs at the shelter. Submit the paperwork along with all of your contact information to:

DACHS Pets for Seniors Program
The Dona Ana County Humane Society offers assistance to seniors who wish to adopt a cat or dog from the municipal shelter; for more information, see this link. Their program helps pay for $50 toward the Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley's adoption fees.
