Second WRD Clinic was a big success!

APA, SNAP, HSSNM and Dona Ana County (DAC) partnered up for the second year to offer a World Rabies Day Clinic at the DAC government center on Sept. 30, 2011.  This was our second WRD clinic event in Las Cruces.  Veterinarians Dr. Henckel, Dr. Carver and Dr. Wolfgang helped make the event more pleasant, with nobody having to wait too long to get their vaccines.

Thanks to the DAC staff for their support.  They offered their lawn for our use as well as rented large tents for the clinic.  We also want to thank the Wal-Mart Supercenters for donating water for the clinic as well. 

We administered 221 rabies vaccinations that day.
