The Cruisin for Critters 2nd Annual Charity Run was a huge success with more than 250 riders participating on Sunday, October 16, 2011.  Kudos goes to all the volunteers and committee members who made the event possible.

Motorcycle enthusiasts and friends came out from as far as Santa Fe and Albuquerque, and surrounding areas including Alamogordo and El Paso, to support the event. Proceeds from the run and after-party, totaling close to $1000 per organization, went to the following six animal welfare nonprofits:
Humane Society of Southern NM, Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary, ACTion Programs for Animals, Spay & Neuter Action Program, Great Dane Rescue of El Paso, and AWARE-Animal Welfare & Responsibility Education.
